Letter to Becerra re PRF Funds

Attached is a letter signed by the below members (40) of the California Congressional Delegation to Secretary Becerra urging action on the distribution of remaining Provider Relief Funds to assist California hospitals still addressing the COVID-19 pandemic.  The California hospital community, including the DHLF, worked with Congressional representatives to obtain signatures.
