The District Hospital Leadership Forum (DHLF) invites member hospital representatives to participate in the regularly scheduled Board of Directors meetings. These meetings provide an opportunity for member hospital representatives to participate in the Board meeting discussions surrounding financial/reimbursement matters that impact District/Municipal hospitals. Many of the DHLF activities address state and federal actions that are impacting current levels of hospital reimbursement. Other areas of discussion explore the development of new innovative approaches to reimbursement. The agenda for each meeting is sent in advance to all member hospitals and includes a call-in number for those who cannot attend in person. However, in-person participation is encouraged to allow for a thorough in-depth discussion of the issues and decision making by the Board.
